PPAP and Final Inspection
We utilize a recognized parts approval process and the latest technology for our inspection procedures and are an approved supplier for many of our customers that rely on us to ship directly to their stock.
At our customer’s request we can implement the Production Part Approval Process or PPAP to document that the parts being shipped to client inventory has been made to the client’s 100% satisfaction. PPAP assures our customers that we are complying with all their part design requirements and tolerances and requires accountability in the form of:

Our experienced quality assurance professionals perform contact and non-contact measurements of our precision machined parts. Measuring equipment used in our Quality Assurance is certified to NIST and are constantly being calibrated on a tight and stringent schedule.
