Parts Department
Our expansive parts department includes stainless steel wire belting, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, vacuum pumps, and a wide variety of mechanical and electrical parts. We are distributors for large OEMs such as SPX/Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Busch, and Admix. This enables MP to meet our customers’ emergency needs, as well as routine maintenance needs. Our expanded parts department allows for 24 hour delivery in most cases. The MP Equipment Parts & Services Department has more than 20 years combined experience in customer service and is available to assist you with your parts needs.
Replacement Parts
We offer a wide variety of replacement parts for all types of equipment. We are here to help insure our customers have the least amount of down-time possible by stocking replacement parts and offering spare parts “kits”. We can also help you find parts for older machines, as well as fabricate custom machine parts. Most replacement parts ship within 24 hours.
Forming Equipment Parts
With Tomahawk Manufacturing, MP Equipment has introduced innovative technology to the parts side of the forming business to reduce stress on components, thereby reducing possible down time. Our connecting rod assembly (lost motion cylinder) has been engineered to allow for longer component life and is easier and less expensive to rebuild. We also offer a heavy duty alternative to the standard mold plate drive reducer. Our improved design comes with double enveloping worm gearing, produces lower oil temperatures and improved lubrication, and is capable of higher torque. We are so confident in our product that we offer a money back guarantee if our reducer does not give you longer life.
Exchange Programs
MP Equipment offers exchange programs on touchscreens and viscosity controllers, as well as connecting rod assemblies for forming machines. Just send in your used part and MP will ship you a reworked part in exchange. We are also able to rework mold plates, knock out cups, and pump boxes. This enables us to provide a cost effective way for you to maintain your equipment.
