PATENTED MULTI-FLOW® System
This technology has allowed processors to experience many positive benefits. The stroke action is increased in length to allow more area for fill time. Processors have seen productions increased from 30% up to 100% on existing production lines. The Multi-Flow® kit eliminates the former from being the bottleneck in the production line. Production managers are not the only ones seeing the benefits. In most cases, the machine will run at fewer strokes per minute and still achieve more throughput which equates to less wear-and-tear and upkeep costs on the machine...a maintenance manager’s dream. It can also be installed as a retrofit to existing forming machines.

REBUILD Program
Our philosophy on rebuilding forming machines is to deliver the customer what they expect for what they have budgeted. Our rebuild menu ranges from a premium deluxe model, which includes using only the existing frame and power unit which will be reinforced and re-powder coated...to building the unit with all new stainless steel parts, Multi-Flow® conversion, heavy duty Winsmith gear reducer and PLC,...or to a partial rebuild to fit your machine and budget requirements. Each rebuild comes with a warranty and an experienced service staff to meet industry requirements. We can also arrange for a loaner while we rebuild your unit.
