- The MP MegaJet Jr is a 2-lane, 2-cutters per lane machine with a total of 8-cutters: 2-robotic cutters x 2 lanes = 4-robotic cutters, plus 2 adjustable cutters x 2 lanes = 4 manually adjustable cutters
- The MegaJet Jr features two independent vision and drive systems; production can continue while servicing the down lane
- The MegaJet Jr is a modular workhorse and the perfect choice for the growing processor, producing twice the capacity of the MiniJet X2
- MegaJet Jr is expandable to become a full MegaJet with 8 robotic cutters + 4 manually adjustable cutters = 12 total cutters

MegaJet Jr™
- MegaJet Jr™ is a high speed, high accuracy, easy to use water cutter. It was designed for those portioned product producers needing a cost efficient, user friendly, high technology water cutter with an eye on future growth.
- Like its big brother, the MegaJet Jr™ gets the job done fast, cutting product at speeds up to 80 belt-feet per minute. It offers 4 X-Y cutters and 2 stationary dual nozzle cutters on two lanes of production. Like the MegaJet, the features include a fully integrated on-board 60,000 PSI pump, high-tech digital camera design, Windows® operating system and touch screen HMI’s on both sides
- Modular design means the MegaJet Jr is expandable by adding an expansion cabinet, making it a full 8-cutter MegaJet to accommodate future portioning business
- Comes with a standard portion cutting library of programs to meet just about any current portioning need; if a unique portion is required, MP’s Applications Engineers will work with you to understand your unique portioning requirements and develop the cutting program for you!
