- The MiniJet X4 is a single-lane machine with all the features of the MiniJet X2 – vision-guided cutters, software and drive systems – with the addition of 2 more robotic cutters for a total of 6 cutters – 4-robotic cutters, 2-manually adjustable cutters
- More complex portioning jobs like cutting small nuggets [< 20 grams] from chicken fillets or butterflies will gain throughput over the MiniJet X2
- All current MiniJet X2’s are modular and upgradeable to MiniJet X4’s by adding the additional 2-cutter expansion module

MiniJet X4™
- The MiniJet X4™ offers 1 lane of production with 4 X-Y cutters and still maintains the integrated on-board high-pressure pump. It is ideal for those looking for an introduction to water cutting, trimming fat for visually lean products after a de-bone line, steak trimming, or simple portioning. The MiniJet X4™ boasts all the features and applications you have come to expect in an MP Equipment water cutter, all in a 22' long x 4’ wide footprint, including infeed and outfeed conveyors, that can fit almost anywhere.
- As more and more facilities feel the pressure of labor, tighter customer specifications and increased volumes, MP Equipment has responded to these needs with the MiniJet™ series of water jet portioners.
- All MiniJet’s™ offer remote trouble shooting with an Internet connection; a webcam can also be plugged in for quick visual analysis, new product development, etc.
- They both also include charting and trending for production standards and goals or preventive maintenance needs.
- The MiniJet X2™ and X4™ come fully equipped with the same state-of-the-art rugged and dependable electronics, servo motors and Direct Drive simplified mechanicals as their big brothers, the MegaJet and MegaJet Jr.
- The MiniJet X4™ has a 60KPSI onboard pump system for fast and simple installation in a day – simply connect power, water and air and start portioning.
- MP Equipment also provides all its original water jet customers with complimentary Operating System software and standard program upgrades to ensure applications, features, and technology are always up to date.
