Waffle Blades- Makes a square shaped indentation in the top and bottom of patties.
Knife Blades- Makes a slit in the top and bottom of the patties (allows stretching or knitting).
- Up to 75FT/min
- Up to 1.25” max Pattie thickness
- Offered in Multiple Knife Thicknesses
- Electric or Hydraulic Drive Systems
- 460V/60Hz 3-Phase Voltage Standard (change as needed)
